Ponthier has spent the last 70 years crafting the finest ranges of fresh and frozen fruit purees sourced from the best producers from around the world.

In 1946, André Ponthier and his wife founded their fresh fruit company. They expanded, buying more land and planting apple trees, blackberry bushes and raspberry canes. The family-owned 80 hectares and it was here that their son Yves Ponthier began learning the ropes before taking on the responsibility of overseeing production, then in 1989, the leadership of the business.

In 2018, Ponthier merged with PCB Creation, creating Manufactura, a company that combines the talents of two experts in food service.

Using single variety, single origin fruits picked at peak ripeness with no additives gives a consistent highest quality flavour. Their commitment to quality has led to the creation of their Pure Trace label, which guarantees traceability and natural cultivation of their fruits without pesticides.

With no additives and only natural pure cane sugar added where necessary, the products retain as much of the original flavour as possible while their flash pasteurisation process guarantees ultimate food safety with a long shelf life.
