Moulin Paul Dupuis is a family-owned company located in Normandy with generations of experience in flour milling.
Built back in the 4th century, the mill is run today by the 4th generation miller, Lionel Deloingce. Moulin Paul Dupuis believes that respecting quality standards means above all respecting the land and the work of those who have gone before, their experience and skills.
Meeting this daily challenge implies striving for quality, for the raw materials and the finished products, maintaining the plant and equipment and ensuring total control of traceability and food safety.
The company believes milling flour is a delicate and technical process and requires a wealth of experience. Depending on the intended use of the finished product, the mill chooses the best wheat varieties and the right method for milling, ensuring they produce the perfect flour.
