Jersey Oysters are harvested from the Royal Bay of Grouville, on the east coast of Jersey, an area that has been fishing oysters since the Middle Ages. With a long history of oyster farming and a commitment to sustainability, the company offer some of the best British oysters on the market.
The shallow waters between Jersey and Normandy have created the optimum conditions for oysters to grow. All Jersey Oysters benefit directly from the daily natural filtering effect of the unique tide and crystal-clear water.
With a great respect for the environment, the company focuses on developing sustainable fishing methods. As the first Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) accredited oysters farm, it can guarantee traceability and responsible sourcing of their oysters.
