Known and used in kitchens around the world, Terre Bormane is a purveyor of some of the finest olive oils available. Coming from the Italian region of Liguria in the North West of Italy, the Taggiasca olive has been grown for centuries.
The olives are picked late in the season and cold pressed optimised by an unique microclimate and soil to give a delicate, perfectly balanced flavour with low acidity with depth but still with a noble simplicity.
