Terre Bormane comes from the northwestern Italian region of Liguria, the home of the Taggiasca Olive. A unique micro-climate and terroir give the oil a unique flavour, perfectly balanced but with a noble simplicity.
Known and used in kitchens around the world, Terre Bormane is a purveyor of some of the finest olive oils available. Coming from the Italian region of Liguria in the northwest of Italy, the Taggiasca olive has been grown for centuries.
The olives are picked late in the season and cold pressed optimised by a unique micro-climate and soil to give a delicate, perfectly balanced flavour with low acidity and depth.
