For 60 years, Hispamare has been fishing premium quality, sustainable and wild-caught seafood in the Atlantic Ocean and Mediterranean sea. It combines their familial tradition and knowledge of fishing with the latest freezing technology to offer the best and freshest seafood.
The ancestral tradition of fishing is at the core of the company. Don Manuel began fishing in 1953 to support his family and in 1965 had bought his first fishing boat. The business grew as it was passed down from generation to generation and in 2015, Don Manuel’s grandsons formed Hispamare.
The company uses state-of-the-art freezing technology aboard their trawlers that guarantee freshness and retention of the flavour and nutrients of their seafood. From prawns to squid, all their seafood is Sashimi grade.
