Tabboureich La Maison is based in the Thau Lagoon in France. It uses traditional French knowledge combined with innovative technology to create their remarkable oysters.
Thau Lagoon is the largest of a string of lagoons that stretch along the French coast from the Rhône River to the foothills of the Pyrenees and the border to Spain in the Languedoc-Roussillon. Although it has a high salinity, it is considered the second largest lake in France.
Tarbouriech La Maison oysters are farmed with an innovative, unique and patented method : the Solar Tide. This is the outcome from an antique knowhow, an innovative and patented system which allows a tidal movement in a total sustainable way. This improves the oysters’ qualities, giving it it’s pinky shell and exceptional taste.
