With Classic Harvest by Classic Fine Foods, we want to offer to you the best selection of seasonal and high-quality fruit & vegetables coming from the best farmers in the UK and Europe;

Fruit

Although winter is in full swing, there is still a great selection of fruit in season coming from the UK and beyond. From the North of England, the famous Yorkshire Rhubarb is ready to pick. Citrus fruits are also great this time of the year with highlights of blood oranges and the exotic bergamot.

And of course, orchard fruits are in their prime with wonderful varieties of apples and pears coming from our French producer, Mouneyrac. From braeburn and russet apples to Williams and comice pears, there is much to get excited about!

Veg

January is the month of the brassica, with January king and savoy cabbages as well as red and green kale in season. Other vegetable highlights include Calcot onions and an array of mushrooms from yellow chantarelle to the usual pied de mouton (or hedgehog) mushrooms.
