Based in the Rhone Valley in France, Huilerie Beaujolaise, produce 100% artisanal and natural oils and vinegars. Focused on tradition and authenticity, all the production process is completed in a traditional mill.
Cherry wine, cherry juice and sugar cane is blended together to make Cherry Vinegar through acetic fermentation. Concentrated Cherry Juice is then mixed in and the vinegar is then left to age for 4 weeks to allow the flavour to develop before filtering.
Cherry Vinegar has a rich fruity taste that is perfect for dressings, marinades for chicken and duck and adding to fruit coulis and compotes.
Store away from light in a cool dry place.
