The UDSA set up a special non-hormonal breeding programme, making sure all their beef is 100% hormone-free. It also has the highest levels of quality to give a long shelf life when reaching Europe.
USDA Prime has the highest degree of fat marbling and is derived from the younger beef. The marbling inside the beef gives exceptional tenderness and juiciness to the beef, resulting in incredible flavour perfect for the best steakhouses in the world.
