Rosso Di Mazara is world renowned specialists in Gambero Rosso, a wild red shrimp that is only founded in the Mediterranean Sea, making the company particularly rare and desirable.

Rosso Di Mazara was formed in 2013 by two brothers. As second generation fishermen, their knowledge and passion for fishing enables them to select the best quality shrimp for their customers.

The company is committed to using sustainable fishing practices to protect the rare shrimp and other marine life. It is certified by Friends of the Sea and can guarantee total traceability of their products.

Deep-freezing on-board technology affords an outstanding conservation of the organoleptic properties of the prawns as well as its colour, texture and odour. Their prawns are no treated with sulphates that can sometimes result in allergic reactions.
