Based in Anglesey, Halen Mon is a family-run salt maker with a passion for its environment and the quality of salt. Their pure, white sea salt crystals, blends and condiments are served around the world in some of the finest restaurants.
Born of a shared love for the beautiful Isle of Anglesey, Halen Mon was created to resurrect the island’s 18th-century craft of sea salt making. Today it continues to be a family-run business.
In 2014, the company was awarded Protected Designation of Origin status, which recognises the authenticity of products from a particular region.
