Don Bocarte uses their outstanding expertise to source the freshest fish and mollusc. It uses traditional Spanish methods of cooking and preserving to enhance the taste and texture of their products. All anchovies and octopus are hand-picked and selected for the perfect size and quality.
Their anchovy fillets are made using young anchovies caught only from March to June when the fish is at its best in terms of fat content and flavour. Each tin is hand packed, with a label added so you can trace it back to the individual packer.
The company believes in the importance of using all natural ingredients, preserving anchovies in extra virgin Spanish olive oil and slow cooking octopus in only its own juices so it is never chewy.
