For nearly 60 years, Le Brun De Neuville has been producing premium champagnes on their vineyards in the Champagne region of France. Driven by their passion and expertise, Le Brun De Neuville family are one of the market-leaders in Champagne production.
The company is formed of 170 wine-growers and their vineyard span across 12 villages, all of which have different terrines that make their champagnes distinctive. This allows them to create a variety of Champagnes from their infamous Chardonnay to Pinot Noir. Their wines reflect the environment they are cultivated in and the traditional know-how of those who produce them.
The vineyards are perfectly located on a hillside where water sources and sunlight are plenty, allowing the grapes to grow well. The vineyards are also organic, with no herbicides or pesticides used of the grapevines.
When the grapes have ripened, they are harvested, pressed and vinified by hand using traditional methods and according to the grape variety. The champagnes are then left to age in wine cellars for 4-12 years to allow their aromas to develop.
