LAUNCHING NEW PLANT BASED BRAND, REDEFINE MEAT

- Categories : New Products

At Classic Fine Foods we are excited to launch a the innovative and passionate brand, Redefine who are changing the plant based industry. Redefine Meat has a unique mission with their plant based meat products. They are passionate about meat as well as the planet, so their aim is to change the way we eat meat, for a better future. It is about offering delicious meat without any compromise. They want their products to eaten not only by vegan customers but meat eaters too.

Redefine Meat believes enjoying meat is about more than just taste; it’s an experience that caters to all your senses. Having studied meat’s complex structure down to its molecular composition, the company understands what drives each sensory process. In developing their own proprietary technology, Redefine Meat has mastered the ability to create a new plant-based meat that gratifies on every level.

Founded in 2018, Redefine Meat’s goal is to replace old-fashioned and resource-intensive beef production with state-of-the-art technology and sustainable ingredients as part of a food-tech revolution.

Redefine Meat products have a meaty taste and superior texture delivering a real meat experience.

Redefine Meat has developed an industrial-size 3D printer that creates meat cuts, layer-by-layer, by printing materials made from plant-based ingredients. When the 3D printing process is finished, Redefine Meat products look, taste, and feel like the muscle, fat, and blood of a typical cut of meat—without slaughtering cows or other animals.

All Redefine Meat meats are made from sustainable ingredients, with no GMOs, hormones, antibiotics, cholesterol, or animal-based products.

At Classic Fine Foods, we offer a complete range of Redefine Meat Products including; beef and lamb flanks, mince, burger, sausages and kebabs. We have everything you need to satisfy your vegan and non-vegan customers!

Redefine Meat products are already chef approved. Alexis Gauthier, owner and chef at Gauthier Soho says “Sustainability is at the heart of my cooking – my belief that food is the best place to start when addressing the impact of the food industry on the environment. New-Meat allows for even the biggest meat-lovers to enjoy the meat that they know and love, without harming the environment or animals.”
