Red Currant Jelly (Stock Item)
For over 135 years, Tiptree have been making the finest jams and condiments from a range of traditional British fruits from their own farm.
Redcurrant Jelly has a wonderfully sharp flavour with hints of sweetness. Redcurrants are simmered until they are transferred to a fruit press where they are squeezed to extract as much juice as possible, creating a smooth jelly.
Redcurrant jelly is perfect served with roasted lamb and will add a little tanginess to your gravies.
