Prosorbet 100 Cold will help make the perfect sorbet. It provides the texture required whilst leaving the flavour of your ingredients intact.

Prosorbet 100 Cold is easy to use; just add the mix with your sorbet base.

Prosorbet 100 Cold can be added to any liquid or semi-liquid preparation. Mix into preparations with a ratio of 100g ProSorbet to 1 litre of liquid.

Chef’s tip: Leave preparation for 24 hours for best results.
