Using the Frambosa variety of Rhubarb, grown at 300-500m altitude on the black soil's of the south of Poland, the Frozen Red Rhubarb Puree 10% Sweetened is selected during May and June at their peak ripeness.
Frozen Red Rhubarb Puree 10% Sweetened is sweet and tart and full of fibre.
Pairs well with strawberry, raspberry and vanilla.
