Frozen Passion Fruit Puree is made from flavicarpa passion fruit, coming from Ecuador. This is exotic puree is deliciously tangy with a hint of sweetness. (Stock Item)

Using a unique to variety of Passion Fruit, the flavicarpa, Frozen Passion Fruit Puree comes from the north west coast of Ecuador known locally as the "green Province".With steady temperature year round between 21 and 25 degree's with high humidity makes the dark orange fruit perfect for Frozen Passion Fruit Puree. 

Frozen Passion Fruit Puree has a wonderfully acidic flavour with little bitterness and great length of flavour on the palate. The puree is 10% sweetened to balance the acidity.

Frozen Passion Fruit Puree Pairs well with Raspberry, apricot, mango. Ideal for making mousse, sorbets and sauces.
