Ecuadorian Dark Chocolate 65% is a dark chocolate with added cocoa butter. Origin: Ecuador and more precisely the province of Los Rios. "Arriba" means "which comes from above" and characterizes the unique taste of these cocoa beans.

Flavour of Ecuadorian Dark Chocolate 65%: notes of honey, orange blossom, candied citrus fruits (citron, orange) and white flowers with a very slight acidity.

Recommended uses: pastry, ice-cream & sorbet, ganache, cream & drinks.
