Tahiti Vanilla Pods

Sourced from French Polynesia, Tahiti Vanilla Pods are very aromatic profile with notes of almond, tonka bean and tobacco.

The Tahiti Vanilla Pod variety is thicker and meatier than its Planifolia cousin from Madagascar: one pod weighs between 8 and 10 grams and can be used several times.

Chef’s tip: 1-2 pods are needed per litre of cream or milk.

Tahiti Vanilla Pods are perfect for adding to ice creams, cakes, mousses and desserts.

Suitable for hot and cold applications.
