Planifolia Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar accounts for over 80% of the global harvest due its perfect weather conditions. Bourbon Vanilla Pods are grown in the region of Andapa-Sambava-Antalaha in North of the Madagascar.
The pods come in 16-20cm sizes.
Chef’s tip: 1-2 pods are needed per litre of cream or milk.
Perfect for adding to ice creams, cakes, mousses and desserts.
