Bourbon Vanilla Paste is made from ground Bourbon vanilla pods, invert sugar, water and tragacanth, a natural thickening agent.

This paste is made from Planifolia vanilla pods sourced from Madagascar.

Bourbon Vanilla Paste has all the flavour of pods but with more convenience due to its consistent texture and does not need heat to extract its flavour.

Perfect for adding to ice creams, mousses, sponges and desserts.

Suitable for hot and cold applications.
