Valrhona Dark Chocolate Couverture Caraibe 66% is suitable for coating, ganache, moulding, mousse, ice cream and glaze. It pairs well with flavours such as almond, lemon zest, pecan, cinnamon, coffee, lemongrass, vanilla and caramel.
