Valrhona Dark Chocolate Couverture Guanaja 70% has a wonderfully balanced, aromatic flavour with grilled and cocoa notes and a subtle hint of bitterness at the end. 

In 1986, Valrhona launched their legendary Guanaja chocolate; the world’s most bitter chocolate with a cocoa content of 70%. To create Guanaja, Valrhona composed a unique blend of the aromatic profiles found in classic Trinidadian, Dominican, Jamaican, Ghanaian, Ivorian and Madagascan cocoas.
