Smoked Alsace Bacon is a delicacy of the North-eastern region of Alsace, France. Smoked Alsace Bacon is wood smoked, giving it a wonderful rich and smoky flavour.

Sold as a whole piece, it is similar to the Italian pancetta, it is ideal in pastas, casseroles and salads.
