Confit Duck Legs are slowly cooked the traditional French way, in their own fat and perfectly seasoned, for a tender and succulent meat. Confit Duck Legs have a wonderful moist texture, crispy skin and meaty flavour.

Chef's Tip: oven or pan fry, skin-side down first, for around 25 minutes for a crispy skin.
