35 Day Aged British Beef T Bone is an Aberdeen Black Angus beef from our specially chosen grass-fed British cattle, is matured on the bone for 21 days and 7 days off the bone to deliver that distinctive aged, grass fed beef flavour. 35 Day Aged British Beef T Bone is a beautiful bone in steak featuring both sirloin and fillet with plenty of flavour and superb tenderness. Not to be confused with the larger and thicker American style Porterhouse Steak, these 28 day-dry aged, slighter smaller British style T Bones will give maximum flavour and exquisite tenderness.

Chefs Tip: Season and rub in with oil, sear both sides and then reduce heat slightly and cook steak until browned, about 4 minutes on each side or 45C internal. Rest for 5-7 mins.
