35 Day Aged British Beef Porterhouse an Aberdeen Black Angus beef from our specially chosen grass fed British cattle, is matured on the bone for 21 days and 7 days off the bone to deliver that distinctive aged, grass fed beef flavour. Our exclusive 35 Day Aged British Beef Porterhouse has been crafted by our Master Butcher, with the best of both worlds - a juicy sirloin on one side of the bone and a tender filet on the other. This means some of the best flavour the beast has to offer in one enormous steak that's enough to feed two adults comfortably.

Chefs Tip: Season steak generously with some oil, cook for approx 4-5 minutes per side on a high heat to get a good char colour. Place in 200C oven for 20 mins or till internal is 45C. Rest for 6-8 mins.
