30 Day Aged British Beef Tomahawk is an Aberdeen Black Angus beef from our specially chosen grass-fed British cattle, is matured on the bone for 21 days and 7 days off the bone to deliver that distinctive aged, grass fed beef flavour. Tomahawk is essentially a ribeye steak cut with at least five inches of rib bone left intact and is enough to feed two adults comfortably. These grass-fed 30 Day Aged British Beef Tomahawk promise melting quality when cooked, while being on the bone promises maximum flavour.

Chefs Tip: Season well with salt and pepper. Sear the steak on a medium heat for about 10 minutes and turn it frequently using tongs. Once you get the medium-rare 45C centre and an excellent colour outside, take off to rest for 6-8 mins.
