Winter Truffle Juice offers an easy way to enjoy the unique flavours of the luxurious black truffle.

Truffle juice is extracted by a process of appertisation. During their first cooking, fresh truffles lose 15-20% of their weight in juice. All the truffles aromas can be found in this slightly salty liquid.
