Grown in Madagascar, Pink Peppercorns have a slightly bitter flavour with notes of coriander and juniper. Pink Peppercorns are perfect for cooking with fish, adding to sauces and pairs perfectly with chocolate.
Chef's Tip: to release their full flavour, you must crush the peppercorns before adding to recipes.
