Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil Coratina (Non-stock item)

Terre Bormane comes from the north western Italian region of Liguria, the home of the Taggiasca Olive. With a unique micro-climate and terroir give the oil a unique flavour , perfectly balanced but with a noble simplicity.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil Coratina is made only from the Coratina olive, a variety native to Apulia, Southern Italy. Coratina olives naturally synthesise the high levels of phenolic compounds, making their oils very stable to oxidation.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil Coratina has a strong tangy flavour with acidic hints of artichoke and unripe tomato.
