Terre Bormane comes from the north western Italian region of Liguria, the home of the Taggiasca Olive. With a unique micro-climate and terroir give the oil a unique flavour , perfectly balanced but with a noble simplicity.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil Nocellara is made from the only the Nocellara olive; a variety native to Sicily where the olives growth and flavour is shaped by the dramatic landscape. Extra Virgin Olive Oil Nocellara has a beautiful golden colour and uniquely strong flavour with a balance of fruity and slightly bitter earthy notes.
Pairs well with strong cheese, smoked fish and rich meats.
