Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made through a process of pressing high-quality olives at the same time as fresh lemons to create a paste. The 3 liquid elements – oil, water and lemon juice – are separated by centrifugation, leaving only the oil, which has absorbed the flavour of the lemon, creating a refreshing, fragrant oil.
Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil is perfect for dressing salads, fish and strong cheeses.
