This high quality Koshihikari Japanese Rice can be enjoyed hot or at room temperature thanks to its grains that keep their texture and don’t harden once cold. Instructions : Rinse the rice using your hands then drain. Put it in your rice cooker with 1.2 volume of water for each volume of dry rice.
