Pink Coco Beans (Non-stock Item)
For 200 years, Sabarot have been producing authentic French dried pulses and grains for chefs around the world. With close relationships to their farmers, they are able to select the best quality raw ingredients for their products.
Pink Coco Beans are smaller and more tender than white bullion beans. Pink Coco Beans are perfect in salads, soups, as an accompaniment to meat or fish.
Preparation: Soak overnight. Cook the green beans over low heat in 3 times their volume of water for about 80 minutes from boiling.
