Virgin Walnut Oil has a powerful nutty flavour with bitter earthy notes. The walnuts are chopped and roasted for 45 minutes, and then pressed for 2.5 hours. The lengthy extraction technique preserves the natural flavours of the nuts. After a few days, the oil is filtered and bottled.
