Livarot PDO (Non-stock item)
Bordier is one of the finest artisanal butter and cheese producing companies in France. They create premium quality dairy products by sourcing the best organic milk from Brittany and Normandy and using traditional methods of production.
Livarot PDO is a soft cheese with a washed rind made from raw cow's milk. It has a strong fragrance but a subtle, nutty flavour and citrus aftertaste. It has a firm texture until it is a room temperature when it becomes melted, making it great for fondue.
Livarot PDO is perfect for salads and tarts.
