Bordier is one of the finest artisanal butter and cheese producing companies in France. They create premium quality dairy products by sourcing the best organic milk from Brittany and Normandy and using traditional methods of production.

Valençay Fermier AOP is one of the classic French AOP (Protected Designation of Origin) cheeses made in the province of Berry in central France. Named after the town of Valençay in the Indre department, France, Valençay Fermier AOP is an unpasteurised goats-milk cheese.

Its rind has a rustic blue-grey colour which is made of the natural moulds. The rind is then darkened by dusting charcoal powder.
