Bordier Smoked Sea Salt Butter is made from sea salt smoked using authentic Norwegian methods combined with fried onions, curry powder and pepper. This results in an intense smoky fragrance and taste.

Bordier Smoked Sea Salt Butter embodies wintery flavours and is a perfect for glazing game meat and white fish.

Bordier Smoked Salted Butter has a silky consistency and fresh flavour that obtains its qualities from the luscious fields the cows graze on, which changes as the seasons do

Bordier Smoked Sea Salt Butter is so tasty because of the unique method of churning. Le Beurre Bordier is the last .artisan butter maker in France to still use a traditional wooden teak paddles known as the Malaxeur to knead the butter gently. This can last for up to half an hour depending on the season. The result is a butter with a complex flavour and a fantastic silken texture.

Chef's tip for Bordier butter: It is best to remove the butter from the refrigerator a few minutes before you begin preparing it.
