Grated Gruyere is a hard pressed French cheese made from pasteurised cows milk. Grated Gruyere has a subtle nutty and fruit flavour.
It is matured in warm cellars which results in a softer texture and small holes in the cheese, which makes it great for melting in sauces, tarts and gratins.
