Mieral is the last family-owned poultry company in the region of La Bresse working with traditional methods since 1919 and celebrating over 100 years of passion, knowledge and animal welfare.

Mieral maintains close relationships with the best breeders in the country and always puts quality before profitability. Their poultry is Label Rouge quality, which tastes better than the standard. This certification requires a slaughtering age twice longer than standard poultry, a free-range breeding method and a natural diet for the birds.

The birds are grass-fed, and no hormones, antibiotics or GMO feed are incorporated into their diets.

The birds are allowed to reach at least four months of maturity before slaughter, which is done by hand, by trained professionals, to ensure a stress-free environment for the animals.
