Huilerie Beaujolaise
Based in the Rhone Valley in France, Huilerie Beaujolaise produces 100% artisanal and natural oils and vinegars. With a focus on tradition and authenticity, the production process is completed in a traditional mill.
In 1981, Jena-Marc Montegottero renovated a 19th-century French oil mill into his new oil business. Within ten years, Huilerie Beaujolaise started being noticed for its high-quality, artisanal oils.
The raw materials are carefully selected from mostly French sources. Each of their oils and vinegars are built around a single ingredient, delivering the real sensation of a pure and intense fruity or nutty flavour. They add no preservatives or chemicals to their products, focusing purely on one ingredient as the core flavour.
