The Fresh Calamansi Puree uses fruit from Vietnam, with its high plains and mountains form the ideal conditions for the small citrus fruit. Harvested between June and September, Calamansi os more fragile than other citrus fruits, it has such a thin and delicate skin that each fruit must be cut from its tree by hand.
