Semi-fluid Soy Lecithin is an emulsifier and antioxidant, mainly used in bread making and biscuit making. CSemi-fluid Soy Lecithin is also used for making foams and foams. Dosage: Bakery and biscuit products: 1 to 3 g/kg. Cooking: 7 g/l.
