Glicemul (Non-stock Item)

Sosa is one of the leading manufacturers of premium ingredients for gastronomy and pastry. Sosa texturisers all share the same characteristics indispensable in the world’s finest kitchen; flavour neutrality and range of texture.

Glicemul is an emulsifier and texturiser that is derived from fats. Glicemul helps to add texture to oils and Pure Pastes.

For optimal use, dissolve at 140°F (60°C), leave to cool, then stir. Recommended dose: 30-60g/kg.

May contain celery, egg, milk, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya, sulphites
