Konjac Gum is made from extract from the Asian plant amorphophallus konjac. Konjac Gum is great as a thickener, stabilizer, gelling agent and has a great water absorption capacity. Directions: Dissolve cold or dissolve cold and heat to 80C. In all cases, shake vigorously.
