Frozen Ready To Prove Brioche Pieces is a puff pastry brioche with a wonderful appearance and made with pure butter for a crispy and soft texture. For 1 brioche, place 3 ready-to-prove rolls in 1 mould. With the 72 rolls available in the box, you can therefore prepare 24 puff pastry brioches.
Cooking time & temp: 45-50 min at 150°C
