Vanilla Concentrated Paste

Vanilla Concentrated Paste also known as Vanilla Pearls is made from finely sieved vanilla seeds mixed with natural vanilla concentrate to create a dense paste. The addition of seeds will also provide a pleasant appearance to your dessert creations.

This pasta has an intense fuity and aromatic flavour that can be both the stand out flavour in applications or compliment other flavour nicely. 

The Concentrated Paste is ideal for ice-cream application as well as mousses and panacotta. 

This paste is made with 62% concentrate vanilla and will save you time during dessert preparation. 

1 gram of Vanilla can be used as 1 vanilla pod.

Suitable for hot and cold applications.
